Waiting for Swallows

It's snowing today. I can't believe it is spring.

I can't plan or think about spring/summer wardrobe when it is so cold outside. Actually, I don't like to sew winter clothes. During the winter I usually wear jeans and cozy sweaters and patiently wait for warmer weather.
The sewing plan for this spring was basic black pencil skirt and fake snake leather skirt. But, I’m not in sewing mood these days. I haven't picked the pattern yet. Maybe this week.
Until then, here are some new necklaces for my Etsy shop.

Bracelets

I love bracelets, but I don't wear them because I have narrow wrist.Each bracelet I have,  looks funny on my hand.Therefore,I haven't made bracelets.

Lately they are very popular, so I decided to make a few for my Etsy shop.

Well, I suppose, I have to apologize for neglecting my blog and few readers, almost a year.
It was a very busy year for me.Among day work and complete reconstruction of our apartment, moving to another apartment and then back home, I had no time for sewing.So, I thought there isn't reason to blog. I wasn't right.
My first intention was to practice English (writing), and after tree years I am still bad writer.
So, from today I will write whatever I want and know.
I hope, of course, with minimum mistakes.

Today I made two Treasury lists for Etsy. Few gift ideas for Valentine's Day.
For her, soft, cozy, cute pink accessories.

For him,  more serious, but beautiful.

My Orange leaf earrings were featured in this Etsy treasury.

It was created by stockannette.

Theme was Etsy sellers from different countries.This was from Korea,Iceland,Croatia and Kuwait.

I like that concept .And I love the mixture of the green and orange.

I have not begun to sew, yet.

Just prepared some caps for my Etsy shop.

I am thinking whether to publish them or not.

After one year on Etsy and very few things sold, I do not know is it worthwhile.

I really love Etsy,and all those colorful things you can find there.

I love people I met there,and whole atmosphere in the community.

But obviously buyers do not like my stuff. LOL

For me it's really difficult to sell something.

Too much work on promotions,advertising...for nothing.

I know that I lost all battles,but I'm not ready to quit.

Still thinking....

At the and, all my stuff can be given to friends and relatives for Christmas and birthdays.:)
