Gathered midi skirt

Full midi skirts are definitely my cup of tea, and I am so happy they are back in trend.
This time I opted for a gathered skirt inspired by Michael Kors creation:

It is easy and fast sewing and no need for pattern.

Pattern: self drafted 
Fabric: Cotton blend

Top: Naf Naf

Skirt: self drafted

Blue lace sheath dress

Once again good old TNT pattern for sheath dress.

Pattern: Burda 2/1996 mod.117 

Fabric: Polyester elastic lace and light blue cotton for the lining.

Kimono dress

This cute kimono dress is most loved and worn dress I ever made. Actually, I made it five years ago, but never blogged about it. 

The pattern is so easy and perfect for hot summer days. In my case this pattern and right fabric choice resulted with perfect dress for many purposes. I wore it most for travel. I know maybe it is unusual, but I found it more practical than pants. Highly recommend! :)

Wannabe ballerina

Well, that was my dream when I was nine years old, but now with forty-nine I suppose it's too late. :)  But it's never too late to sew tulle skirt and buy new ballerina shoes.

This is a simple gathered full skirt.

You will need just two rectangular pieces of fabric and stretch waistband and skirt is finished. I have added a black viscose lining below gray lace.

Pattern: Burda 2/2011 mod.105

Fabric: Gray polyester lace and black viscose lining.
