Pattern: Burda 5/2002 mod.126
Fabric: silver lame
Alterations: This pattern requires two layers of the
same fabric. I used lame for top fabric and cotton batiste for lining.
I don't feel comfortable wearing this top. This silver
lame looks terrifying with my skin color. Perhaps it can be worn under a black
blazer, but will probably end up on a bottom of the closet.
Better result I have achieved with a black organza
fabric.
Fabric: black organza with gold dots
I love this pattern. It is perfect for summer top (camisole)
with spaghetti straps. Certainly it will be again on my sewing list.
